To measure your surface area measure from floor to ceiling-height and width of the wall surface to calculate the square meterage required. Digital layout will be sent for your approval prior to printing the final design. Wallpaper and Custom mirror production lead time 14 days from date of purchase prior to dispatch.Once we receive a confirmed wallpaper purchase order, this cannot be cancelled or refunded as our graphic designer has to scale the design according to the dimensions provided, we then book the design in with our DTP department for printing. Should you require installation simply request an installation quotation. For International orders shipping rates will be quoted and included in the total cost. All international orders are shipped by FEDEX or The Courier Guy. A shipping quotation will be sent for approval and payment. Your order will be sent via air freight. Our turnaround time for international orders are between 3-4 weeks. Terms FOB-buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods to the final destination, including customs duties and taxes.
